 What's the return policy?
You can return your item(s) by sending it back to us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We'll reimburse you for your order. We won't reimburse extra shipping costs. Fill out the contact form or email us at Relaxxbrand@gmail.com and we'll get in touch with you asap.

 How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you live. We're shipping worldwide from Switzerland and we're shipping every weekday by 14pm. If you place an order before 14pm (CET) we'll ship the same day.

 Damaged order?
If you received your order in a bad condition please email us with a picture at Relaxxbrand@gmail.com and we'll get back to you faster than a Leo Messi hattrick.

If your order is taken in for customs clearance you'll be contacted by your local customs office with all necessary details.
